Giorgio Armani Acqua di Giò Eau De Parfum is a modern aromatic-aquatic fragrance for men with marine notes, green mandarin, clary sage, lavender, geranium, vetiver and patchouli. It preserves the fresh Mediterranean identity of the original Acqua di Giò while giving it a darker, more mineral and contemporary dry-down.

The opening is bright and salty-fresh rather than heavily citrusy. Green mandarin provides a crisp lift, while the marine accord gives the fragrance its characteristic oceanic character. The heart becomes herbal and aromatic, then settles into a clean, earthy combination of mineral notes, vetiver and patchouli.

This is fresher and more transparent than Acqua di Giò Parfum, whose profile adds bergamot, ginger, rosemary, incense and richer woods. The Eau De Parfum is also greener and more aromatic than the original Eau De Toilette, which centres on bergamot, neroli, green tangerine, marine notes, jasmine, rosemary and patchouli.
