Emporio Armani He Eau De Toilette is a woody-aromatic men’s fragrance, first introduced in 1998 and reinterpreted in 2020. The current version has a crisp yuzu–sage–cardamom opening, a lightly powdery iris-and-rose heart, and a soft, sensual base of white musk, vetiver, sandalwood and tonka bean.

 

The opening is sparkling and slightly bitter from yuzu, but it is more aromatic than sharply citrusy because sage and cardamom arrive immediately. Nutmeg and orris lend a dry, gently powdery warmth in the middle. It eventually becomes a close, clean woody-musk scent, with sandalwood and tonka smoothing the vetiver rather than turning it very sweet.

Heart notes: Nutmeg, Rose, Orris Root

Base notes: Sandalwood, White Musk, Vetiver, Tonka Bean
